RETURN POLICY -- Our on-line purchases are returnable for 14 days from the date of purchase. If the product you receive is defective, contact us before sending it back for a refund or replacement. Products marked as non-returnable are excluded from this policy (Medical Equipment is non-returnable unless proven defective). If a product is sold as non-returnable on the web site, you will be notified at the time of purchase. In the event of a return, a copy of your packing slip and receipt must be included in the return shipment. These documents give the information needed to credit your account, and if not included in the package, it will not be possible to credit your account. In addition, it is important to use sufficient packing materials to ensure that the merchandise will arrive at our warehouse in good condition. To receive credit, the merchandise must be received in new, unused condition and must not be damaged in shipment due to improper packaging. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the buyer assumes responsibility for additional shipping costs should they wish to return/exchange merchandise.  Exchanges may not be charged shipping when we ship the substitute merchandise.  We strongly suggest that the return is shipped via a traceable method such as FedEx.  When making a return, be sure to call, fax, or email to obtain the return authorization code and return address prior to sending product back.
