REGARDING STORE OPERATIONS
At this time, we are processing your web orders and are available to offer remote customer service. Currently, access to our building is limited, which prevents us from opening our doors to in-person shopping.

***There will likely be processing delays due to the backlog of orders submitted during the closure, as well as potential stocking issues with our vendors that could delay the arrival of certain products to the store. Please be assured that we are moving swiftly to ensure all orders get processed and shipped as soon as possible.***
As always, your account will not be charged until items from your order are in-stock and ready to ship.

Please Read Prior to Ordering
The stock listed on site does not reflect on hand stock in our store. Processing time is subject to product availability, and back-ordered items may take several weeks to restock. No charges will incur until the product has arrived at the store. Once the product has arrived at our store, allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipment from store. Your order may bill and ship from more than one location including Matthews Johns Hopkins Book Center, McCoy Health Science Supply Company, Matthews Book Company & Church Hill Classics Frames. Please read our return policy thoroughly before finalizing any purchases.
REGARDING USPS SHIPPING
Orders placed using USPS as a delivery option will take additional time to ship. This is largely due to the fact that orders must be delivered in bulk to the on-campus mailing facility, and will consequently take additional time to get to the USPS system. USPS orders will NOT ship until any and all back-ordered items have arrived, to be processed with the remainder of the order. If your order requires faster delivery, we recommend selecting one of the other shipping methods (provided by UPS, which makes pick-ups on a daily basis).
